Unique hot sauces and other merchandise
Chris has been producing amazing Jamaican hot pepper sauces since 2000 and running The Lone Fisherman food outlet in Tooting Market since 2012. He specialises in homestyle Jamaican cuisine like Jerk Chicken and The Lone Fisherman Scotch Bonnet and Lime sauce and Garlic and Pepper sauce.
He was born in the parish of St Mary's in Jamaica and he grew up with a great love of the local food. He learnt the traditional methods and how to choose the finest ingredients (including catching his own fish) from his father and grandmother.
When he arrived in the UK, Chris worked for an Italian wine conpany supplying some of London's top restaurants and so started to discover influences from cuisines around the world. He also took an interest in British cooking from classic cooks including Delia Smith, Gary Rhodes and Graham Kerr (the Galloping Gourmet). This encouraged Chris to experiment and develop a unique range of fusion dishes, some of which you will find at The Lone Fisherman.
